Deep Breathing Techniques
Due to my experience in certain martial arts I managed to understand that without a good syllabus or a program it’s hard to achieve results in a certain time frame. Absolutely the same things applies when talking about deep breathing. I’ve done the “mistake” (or maybe not, just another part of the experience) to train in various combat styles using techniques that I managed to see here and there. I didn’t have a teacher, I didn’t have a program and something to follow up. I was on my own. While my muscles were growing and my strength too, I realized that from the technical point of view I was close to zero, like in the early beginning. After a while I realized that I needed a good program that contains all the necessary technical aspects, step by step, level after level. Only after finding something like this I managed to get involved seriously into training and got to where I am now. If you are looking for deep breathing techniques you need to understand that just grabbing one here and there (one from youtube, another one from a blog, so forth and so on) won’t make the deal and won’t give you the certainty and the proof that you are achieving some results. I would actually recommend you guys to find a good deep breathing teacher, but something like this is absolutely hard or even impossible to find nowadays. I know teachers in martial arts that can show you some interesting exercises for breathing deeply, but it’s going to be hard to get in touch with them.
